3D Laser Scanning technology is a new measurement technique that has only been developed in the past two to three decades. It utilizes the principle of laser ranging to record the three-dimensional coordinate information and reflectivity information of a large number of dense points on the surface of the object being measured. It collects complete three-dimensional data of various large, complex, irregular, standard or non-standard entities or real scenes into a computer, and quickly reconstructs the three-dimensional model of the object being measured, as well as various map data such as lines, surfaces, and volumes. In addition, combined with other reverse engineering software and professional application software in various fields, the point cloud data collected by it can also be used for various post-processing applications.
