Description
The rotor shaft of an electric vehicle is a key mechanical component in the drive system of an electric vehicle (EV). It not only plays the role of transmitting the output torque of the motor, but also converts the rotational motion generated by the motor into the driving force of the wheels. The rotor shaft sleeve is located inside the rotor and is connected to the silicon steel sheet in the center hole of the rotor. It drives the rotor to rotate through the rotation of the rotor shaft and is the core of the motor powertrain. The current production methods for hollow rotor shafts mainly include solid shaft hollowing, welding, and integrated molding.
