As a special heat transfer medium, heat transfer fluid is mainly divided into gas phase heat transfer fluid and liquid phase heat transfer fluid according to different boiling ranges. The so-called gas phase heat transfer fluid is a synthetic heat transfer fluid at the boiling point or azeotropic point that can be used under gas phase conditions. The heat transfer fluid of this system can be used under pressure. Those synthetic heat transfer fluid and mineral heat transfer fluid with a certain distillation range that can only be used under liquid phase conditions are called liquid phase heat transfer fluid. Most heat transfer fluids are liquid phase heat transfer media, and a few are gas phase.
